Two Generations of the Best in Middle Peninsula Family DiningNick's - From Our Family to YoursA native of Athens, Greece, Nick Mantis and his family emigrated to the United States in 1968. Nick and his wife, Rena, opened the Gloucester Point Virginia location in 1977. The Gloucester Point restaurant quickly became popular with both locals and tourists because of its reputation for prompt service and quality Virginia seafood, Greek cuisine and pasta dishes. Newly renovated facilities at the Gloucester Point store include expanded dining and banquet area. Jimmy Mantis, Nick's son, established the King & Queen location at Shacklefords along with his wife Maria, in 1979. Jimmy has maintained the family tradition of outstanding service and quality at the second store located in King and Queen County halfway between West Point and Saluda directly on Rt. 33.
